I am curious about the ANACS service for imaging coins. A few threads on this forum seem to have a low opinion of their photos, but the posts are years old. Can anyone post a recent ANACS cert with photos to demonstrate what the service actually provides?

Not worth it IMO. I thought it would be like PCGS' TrueView, boy was I wrong. It's just a poorly lit photo of the coin after it's been encapsulated. Here's an example:

I agree, that's a pretty lame image, and not what I would have hoped. Nothing at all like PCGS TrueView. It looks like NGC's slab images.
