NGC And NCS Double Standard. Not Fair. Maybe Against The Law?

I have spent some time corresponding with ngs and ncs. I have some older graded coins(before ncs)
that are graded my ngc. I wanted to turn them in to ncs, then to ngs. I was hoping to see if I could get a better grade. Ngs offers re holder of coins, they offer restoration of a coin, they allow you to put a minimum grade when sending coins in and they offer 100% grade guarantee.

I sent 4 coins in. I noticed a bunch of ms 68 and pr 68 moving to grade 69 or 70. At one time I was one of 3 who had the 1998 pr libertad at grade pr 69. Again I talked to ncs 3 times before

sending the coins in.

I have received 4 emails now. The email stats that this is only offered to ngc dealers!? Why? They offer all the services separately, but only combined for dealers. Yes, I called again and was told I could do what I am doing. The person on the phone told me to explain it to the person emailing me. I did!

Only dealers can have this service with 100% guaranteed of never losing a grade. She told me I could do this, but the coin is not guaranteed to keep the same grade or higher. It may go lower.

I ask again in a telling way, this is a double standard. the dealer sends in 1000 coins with zero risk. Why, because the coin is guaranteed to the dealer. she said it was the way it is and that she did not care or could not do anything to help me.

My 4 coins are sitting there now, ready to be shipped back. Because NGC says my coins are not guaranteed!

quid pro qua, better grades(lack of worse grades) to dealers only again! Become a dealer then(you are thinking). Why, so we have the same standard? should we not have the same standard no matter who owns the coins?

you are talking about many thousands in of dollars here if it loses a single grade. Yes, more if it gains. Why 2 standards. yes, not losing a grade is a standard that should be fair or equal!
