Hi everyone I found this bicentennial quarter today in my change and couldn't help but notice the lower part of the drum on the reverse side not sure if error or damage please any info is appreciated.

I agree with Errers - the drum seems to be an area of the die where grease accumulated. Quite common on bicentennial quarters.
