Ngc's Fast Track Pricing Is Silly (For World Submissions)

As some may know, NGC launched a fast-track pricing for grading. This is, of course, frustrating from a turn-over time but the actual numbers don't make sense for a couple of categories . Examples:

World Regular grading, cost $40, turn-over time 35 days.
World Econ (fast track) grading, cost 25 +15=$40, turn-over time 45 days.

World Token Regular grading, cost $40, turn-over time 35 days
World Token Econ (fast track), cost $25 + 15=$40.00, turn-over time 45 days

Basically fast-tracking work Econ for all categories doesn't really make sense mathematically. You pay the same price but slower service as compared to regular.
