PCGS - Giuseppe Romagnoli, a master designer with the Rome mint, conceived this PROVA 1950 10 Centesimi for Somalia. The coin carries a grade of PCGS SP63RB, even though it never circulated. Note the detailed texture of the elephant bust, along with the curl of the trunk.
