I have, and when asked for comments I really went into detail about the number of fake coins, poorly described coins (such as damaged coins listed as errors), common coins priced for ridiculous amounts of money, small, dark and out-of-focus photos, and the way standard replies saying the listing is OK are received whenever I report a listing that is clearly in contravention of ebay's own rules! If I did get one, I would be tempted to say something like: "I don't buy coins on ebay, but if I decide to assemble a collection of counterfeit coins, I'll keep you in mind."
