Dansco Albums And The 1981 Type 2 Proof Ports

Okay so I'm sure many have noticed that Dansco generally never includes the 1981 Type 2 proofs in ANY album it seems.

The only album that I have seen that they actually include it in is the Susan B Anthony dollar series.

Other then that, it doesn't seem to happen. It's kind of annoying honestly. Any idea why?

I have always wondered why that is. It is not because they are less common, less popular, or more expensive.
