I'm just wondering about this coin. The color looks off, almost aluminum like. I have a chance of getting this for around $18-$20. Is it a good deal?

I would grade this F-12, price seems to be very good. However, I'm not a pro here I would wait to hear what others say.
I'm not sure but it may have been cleaned.

I think it's been cleaned, ,but it has nice eye appeal otherwise and think it's a good pick-up at $20.

VG+ details but a cleaning has given it a dull appearance. Other than the cleaning, it does not appear to have any major problems so $20 would be a decent price, about half the value of a problem-free coin.
