Hi all,
I came across this 1941 Wheatie...
it weighs 1.5g and is very thin. I have no clue what it really is, but found pages on experimental planchets in 1941.
any known 1941 this lite?
if compared to a regular 1941, it almost looks like the rim is removed and the coin is about 1/2 the thickness.
I know it is severely worn but that is a huge jump from 3.11 to half that...

any insight would be appreciated.

I agree as well, acid damage.

Also, I moved your second coin to its own topic.
