PCGS - In the early 1970s, the US Mint struck planchets for Taiwan. In a major coin mishap, an Eisenhower dollar was struck 35% off-center on one of these planchets, achieving PCGS MS64. Similar in size to a quarter, it outweighs a standard quarter by 0.3 grams.
