Fairly certain it's a match for Wexler's WDDO-001/WRPM-005

Nice separation on 1 in the date, you may be able to see it on the 9 if you zoom, but it's slightly worn. Some thickening of IGWT.

Mintmark has unfortunately placed crud, but you can make out the upper edge of the second D.

You have the coin in hand, but on my end just looks like circulation flattening as far as the obverse goes. Now the rpm might be.

Hmm...yeah, it's a mild one, especially revisiting after posting last night. It does have wear as well.

Looking at the available photos again, you can make out what remains of a die scratch coming off the back of the upper loop of the 3 - that's perhaps the best marker comparing to Wexler's other than what I'm seeing.

When I get home I'll get a better shot of "19" and the MM, and see if I can find the listed die scratch marker in the field. The E has a small hit right where that marker would lie, of course...
