1921 Great Britain - 1 Penny W/Severe Lamination

This lamination seems to have severed Brittania's toes from her foot. I'm unsure, but it appears that either they are now touching the rim, or there is some other excess metal forming that blob to the right of her foot. Interpretations very welcome.

The trident also has a wide strip of excess metal at decent height and definition across the right prong to the rim. I'm not sure if it's from a hit or not, I'm historically terrible with PMD on older copper, but can't think of another cause! Please do tell me it is metal movement from a hit and maybe it'll finally stick
