Your opinion please... I think I found a rare 1892 San Francisco Mint Morgan while sorting through an estate collection. if I did what do I do next? I'm a novice at judging coin condition, but I think this might be an AU?

Nice find but in order to grade we need complete photos of both sides with
proper colouring. Hard to tell if it has been cleaned or not with the brown colour.
