Check this one out . A proof 1943 Shilling from the San Francisco Mint with a CV of $40,000 [:0]
Never knew this coin even existed ...[:p]
Lim, I think that seller's smoking dope or something as Macca's guide states that no proof were struck for that year. So either this guy has made a typo error or he's smoking too much weed !
I like this part of the description "Proof 1943 shilling san francisco mint with exceptional eye appeal 90%brilliance 10% natural panta 92.5%silver 7.5% copper.Bidding open for serious investor's a collector coin of distinction catalogue value AU $40.000 starting with a low reserve invest now."
When did we start putting three Zeros after the decimal point or is he trying to make it look like 400 or 4000?
My maccas list this in the range of $2-90. Don't know where he got his facts.
