Although interesting, the gas bubbles on the steps make me think it is also a gas bubble.

Yeah, there seems to be a "line" from the steps, through his legs, and on up through the top of the memorial. But still freaky looking!

The picture doesn't really show how weird this one is, it's just the best one I had (I took a bunch trying to show what he really looks like). Reminded me of the faun from Pan's Labyrinth.

It's all good. I was really bummed to find out it was just a bubble, at first I thought I had something. But, then it still had cool factor.
