I'll be the first to admit that I was highly skeptical of the "Shield" cents when they were proposed last year (I posted as much here on CCF in the announcement thread). This weekend though I managed to get my hands on four rolls each of the 2010 P & D cents and I have to say I really like them! They look much better than the artist rendering in my opinion.

for some strange reason, I got a roll of each from the mint. I mean, one day I got an email from the mint saying they were available at 4.95 a roll plus shipping and within 2 wks they were on my desk.
They are a very nice coin.
I don't have any 2009 #4s yet. I'm still looking for a circulated one.

I saw my first ones in circulation in New Orleans over the weekend and just got more at a shop here in Austin today. They seem to be starting to make the rounds. I definitely like the look!

i think they are starting to distribute them more in FL, I live in south FL, and Clinton has found his in Orlando

All I know is It usually takes awhile to see anything in Washington. I just a few weeks ago saw my first '09 Lincoln type 4. : /

I just found my first 2 (both P) in circulation here in New Orleans. I'm also impressed with the design.
