Im not haveing much look identifying this coin/medal, could that be down to it being such a rare coin/medal? or a fake? I believe this maybe from the crusade time, I would be grateful for any information, many thanks

I've never seen a coin looking quite like that, but it definitely isn't from the Crusader period; the "crowned coat of arms" symbolism didn't become fashionable on coins until well after the Crusades were over. The lettering is odd, and the coat of arms is fuzzy and indistinct, which would be very unusual for a gold coin. It most closely resembles Portuguese "moeda" coinage from the 1600s and 1700s. I suspect your coin is a "jewellery imitation" of one of these.
