Dkillett Valued Member United States 140 Posts	Posted 09/13/2010 07:08 am Got the coin in the mail last week. From the opinions I got from a few collector friends and the local coin dealer. Its a solid 63. Coin dealer said if I was going to turn it, to send it to pcgs or ngc. Well, I didn't have a 78 CC in my collection so I'm going to keep it in the Segs slab.
