Susan donated a nifty prize for her week 6 contest. (I thanked her in that thread but was out of town when it came in the mail- opened it yesterday)
Believe it or not, until her prize I owned no old buffs! Now I have 35pds, 36pds, and a 37- all pretty circs, as well as a new hardbound RedBook.
Thanks!
Several of the contests have only had a few entrants-including my first.
comeon folks, do you want me to get a complex?
get on over to the contest section...
Contest ends Sat at midnight PDT.

It is said somewhere that those who like to send the best, only send Buffalo's. Susan is a great host and I'll state that on the court house steps at high noon, any old day!

Congratulations SFDuke, you are now a Buffalo herder. Public-Thanks,-Observation-And-Shameless-Plug!

I have not entered into a contest yet. Seems a bit much. I figure that I will host one if ever given the chance again

Any and all are welcome. There's a bit of trivia only obliquely related to coins in my contest, so you, Susan and your ilk don't have too much of an advantage.
I'm jealous of ndgoflo for winning that 3c piece (ND hosted the inaugural week 1 contest here) That was before I found this place. Not good for the soul, jealousy

Small herds can become large herds with just a little effort! Personally I really like the buffalo as it is truly an American classic! Sure is good to see SFDukie start his ranching operation! Susan, you yourself are a classic!
Rest in Peace

Susan, before you accept being a "classic" as a compliment, let's discuss how old something has to be to be considered a classic!Mike
