Is-This-Clad-Or-The-40%-Silver-Content?

In hand appears silvery surface but not certain? any guess. thanks
If I look at edge a visible split of copper and silver look?
oH what the darn, could you gentleman and ladies give a general grade.
I'm afraid to list it untill certain if clad or silver mix?

The 1972-D is copper-nickel clad.

Not silver. I would say it's worth a bit more than 1.00 on ebay. I hope that helps.

Thanks guys, I remembered to check weight clad is 22.6 compared to 24.59 grams on the silver, sure had me fooled, maybe someone polished it.. j

Sorry not silver. Only the 1972-S is 40% silver.
As to the grade, you can try the PCGS photo grade on line. It is free and can help you determine a close grade.
