I found these while roll searching and don't think this looks like PMD. Is what I'm seeing a result of a strike-through, a lamination error, random luster break, or something else? Thanks for your help.

Below are pics of 2 different dimes expressing similar conditions. I've drawn small arrows to help you see what I've seen.

This coin looks almost looks like the torch is duplicated.
