Has anyone seen one of these or have an idea what it maybe worth. I have had it in my safety deposit box for about 20 years. It has never been in circulation, however it was never cut straight, left bottom corner is tapered up.

Let me know what you think

Thanks Wayne

I also have a bill like that, Lawson/Bouey, *MR series. I am using the Charlton Standard Catalogue, Canadian Government Paper Money, 21st Edition 2009. The check list is on page 285, and is listed as BC-46aA, with AA(Asterik note). There were 800,000 notes printed, estimated. According to the price list, BC-46aA, 1973, La-Bo, *AA aabove 5M, Yours being 8M, VG-$450.00, f-$600.00, VF-$1,000.00, EF-$1,700.00, AU-$2,500.00, Unc-$4,000.00. These are figures right out of the catalogue. I cannot photocopy because of copyright laws. I also cannot speak to the cut you describe. These are my interpretations to what I see on the bill and to what you have described. Hopefully, I am correct, if someone else could either correct me or support what I have found, that would be appreciated. Hopefully, you have a wonderful bill.

Please pardon my rudeness, welcome to the forum, there are a lot of people on this forum that can help others. A lot of collectors on the coin community forum specialize on certain areas and I have found them to be very helpful.

Thanks Uncle al

I wasn't quiet sure what was meant by the over 5 M if there was only 800,000 made!

Thanks again Wayne
