I agree with nlp, I think the strong date boosts it to a 12.

I'm going to be a little tougher on this one-I say VG-10.Even though the date is decent, I just don't see enough detail on the rest of the coin to give it a F-12. One of my favorite series for sure.

I like wheatguy's thinking. If we dock'em for having a weak date, we should also bump'em when they have strong dates. Only fair, right?
