Without better pics I would say dipped AU
Seems like a circulation shadow all around the 5-6-7 o' clock position under the eagle and a dip corrosion spot at 2 o'clock
between the letters O and F

On the obverse I miss detail in the ponytail or whatever you call it
and that is circulation damage if it is true
( Possible the light did not reach into the details )

So the wear toghether with the clean lustre makes me think circulated and dipped

I knew I wasn't good at grading gold. Thanks for pointing that out ageka.

Thank you
I may be completely wrong on my assessment
But the only way to survive unslabbed coins is to be keenly aware of the dangers out there and to avoid anything that looks less then
100%

I am now in my 4th year of training and blessed with a teacher that started life as a programmer and than a professional photoshopper and then a professional coindealer
