Anybody have any idea what the markings are on this reverse? Could it be the shield from the obverse?

Pictures of obverse would help. Looks clashed. Just my opinion.

Its 's a rotated clash, meaning the OBV and the REV have some rotaion between them ...

that Obverse isn't of the same coin the Reverse picture is showing
