The 1914 penny with no mintmark was minted in Philadelphia. Any
Lincoln Penny that has no mintmark was/is minted in Philadelphia.
The 1914-D penny is one of the key dates in the series; the 1914-S is much more common. The other three--1938 (Philadelphia), 1953-D and 1956-D, as well as the 1914-P are all quite common and are not rare at all.
That said, it's always a nice surprise to find a
Wheat penny! Even though the ones you found are not "rare" in the sense that they would be valuable, it is rare to find one out of the blue.
