I like! I am going with AU58 only because of what looks like slight, slight wear on the highest devices of reverse.

I think I see just a whisper of rub on the obverse, but I'm not sure. It would grade AU58 at the minimum.
If there is no wear, I'd say MS63BN.

I'm lousy at grading but I'd stll say you got a $40 coin for $20 easily. Coin shop guy is apparently trying to gain a steady customer.

I think Vermontensium has the grade right... AU-58, and the strike looks a little weak as well... Nice coin
