Maybe he should have the coin graded by a TPG since it is in such great condition and so tough to find and for top-notch collections

Yes, it is too bad, but the coin has been harshly cleaned. Plus it has a weak strike. Just look at the stars on the obverse. I wouldn't even consider it and to top it all off the harsh misspellings are atrocious!

I would have bought it, but I don't have a top-notch collection so I don't want to buy a coin that won't fit into my humble collection.
