The "Federal Reserve Bank" in America does not have the authority to strike coins, so that item is a fake/fantasy.

The highest denomination Federal Reserve Note (green seal) ever printed is $10,000. Anything higher is a fake/fantasy. The portrait on this one is taken from the $1000 note. The $100,000 note pictured in your link above is not a Federal Reserve note, it's a Gold Certificate.

The Japanese note tells you what it's for, at the top: an advertisement for a "hotel sauna". The design is copied from Japan's highest face value note, the 10,000 yen.

Everything pictured appears to be fantasy/political commentary pieces.
