I'd say F12 obverse with a VG8 reverse so VG10 maybe?

The 1927-S is notorious for soft strikes and grading standards tend to be looser for it. I'd guess PCGS went VF-25 for this one.

F-15 for me too. It looks like a 12, but strike weakness taken into account should bump it up a bit. Here is my Ex ICG F-15
