Anyone know what the deal is with these? I am seeing them all over ebay but can't seem to find any info about them.

They are probably just privately-minted copper bullion rounds. They have no numismatic value, and their design is probably just a scheme to get buyers. I would avoid them and save some pre-1982 Lincolns if I wanted some bulk copper.

they're trying to sell copper bullion at 2x-3x spot.
