I say an excellent example of a scarce and historical USA commemorative. Gotta love how US Senator Carter Glass 'allowed' himself to become the obverse portrait.
Your knowledge of the series is sufficient such that you do not need any input from me on the history of the coin ... suffice to say that I remain very impressed by the breadth of your USA commemorative collection ... both the classic and modern series.
I still have one commemorative half dollar hole to fill in my 7070. I really want it to be a classic commemorative (for the record, the first hole is the common Columbia half dollar, the last two are the Washington Half Dollars that I purchased from the mint in 1982).
