1960 Silver Canadian Penny - Coin Community Forum

Uwewho New Member United States 10 Posts	Posted 09/06/2011 12:47 pm Quick Question, Came across a 1960 Canadian Penny which appears to be silver, just wondering if there has been many others like this from this date? I've read quite a bit about different things people can or have done to make a penny silver, but was wondering if there's a way to rule out plating, magnesium, etc... Would rather not scratch the penny if I don't have to. Report this Post to the Staff
