I have this 1892 dime. I am unsure if is cleaned and I was wondering the grade.

I took two sets of pics, one with flash and one without.

I'm not going to say definitively based on these photos, that your coin is cleaned.
Bigger, clearer photos are needed.
If I had to guess, F-VF on grade.

I think I need a better camera. Using the phone has produced horrible results. I will get my hands on one tomorrow and retry.

Might be lightly cleaned or wiped (many 100+ year old coins are) but it doesn't look harshly cleaned.
