1976-$2-Star-Note-With-Low-Serial-#.

I know nothing about FRNs, but I always pick up $2 bills when I see them. Does the low # carry a premium? If so, how much?

Thanks in advance.

not sure, but I've always had a spot in my heart for $2 notes, (my grandpa gave me one while he was in the hospital before he passed. if you ever decide you don't have a post for this in your collection, I'm only a message away

this would carry a premium of a few dollars over face (or more if the right buyer is found) personally, I would pay $10.00 or so for this note.

Definitely a premium, id say $10 would be a fair estimate. Throw it on the bay, or keep her!

I think it would have to be a three digit or less to be a low SN, but it is a nice star note non the less.

I would give a little more than previous offers above since I don't have this one...yet.

Put it over in the CCF Auction (and save the eBay/PayPal fees) on the left and see where it goes!

It'll end up there sometime today. Face value starting bid.

Thanks everyone!

Would this be considered a Birthday note?

Say, August 3,1985 [8/3/85], if so, I could use a 00072053 or 07201953.
