I've seen PCGS graded coins that don't seem to have any qualifying codes or remarks that have been lacquered, but their website states that a lacquered coin will get an altered surfaces grade: http://www.pcgs.com/nogrades.html Does anyone here have experience submitting a lacquered coin to PCGS?
