Hello,
now that I have found the correct forum, I would like to ask about variety collecting in Australia. I have been collecting Flying Eagle and Indian Head cent varieties here in the US for years. I have been a member of the ANS for four years, I've always had an interest in the Australian coinage. I have just recently started a collection of Australian pennies, but would really like to get into the varieties. I know to look for the repunching and die rotations, but know very little more about the series. I hope to learn more from this forum, I have already seen some very interesting posts. If there are any websites that may assist me, I would appreciate that information.

Thanks,

For starters one of the best to check out is this one.
Another one to check out is this one as well.
By Australian pennies I am assuming you are referring to our predecimal coinage.
For the decimal side of things can recogmend this site.
Hope this points you in the right direction.
