uncirculated I think the number 4950000594, my friend is asking $200. sounds like a lot to me, anyone think its worth it?

I would give him face value. Shouldn't a radar be 495 and then end 495?

especially when it is the 10 digit variety. if it is 10 digits then 200 is a steal.

So its 49500594?

It is a radar, unfortunately what I have found is that the higher the note, the less % you'll get premium wise. I'm no expert when it comes to notes, but I do dabble a bit. I have a nice 2009 $20 radar (37111173) and I would only expect it to fetch a $5, maybe $10 premium if I was lucky.

I would say $200 is too high for that note.
