This penny is obviously mis-struck. The question is when I look at the Maple Leaf, it seems to be of a normal size. The Bust however, seems to be that of a dime. I hope the photos are okay.

Thats a keeper, looks like an off center strike IMO. Looks slightly cupped but the pics are very blurry.
