I pulled this out of the 10c bin at my LCS. My research brought me to a shoddily-assembled website for a Pachinko company in Japan. Does anyone else have any ideas about this token? (it is identical on both sides)

That is what it is, as there are thousands of generic and named tokens, In used condition it is worth about what you paid. You might find some more info in one of the books on the machines.
