I have been trying to upload some pictures that I took with my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 phone (yes, the incredibly over sized phone)javascript:insertsmilie('') and for some reason the image optimizer on this website says "Oops" when I try uploading them to the optimizer, and when I resize them using windows paint, they still wont upload. So I was wondering what I am doing wrong, I'm probably just overlooking something or making a simple mistake. Thanks in advance for any help!!

Have you tried using the optimizer from your computer? I have never tried it from my Droid.

I moved this to the support forum so the other staff will see it.

@jbuck yes, what I try doing is emailing the pictures to myself and using the optimizer from there

If it makes your feel better, I have the same problem with my Droid using both Chrome and Firefox browsers. Best to stick with the PC I suppose.
