These pictures don't do the coin justice. I recently found this hunting nickel rolls. This is a nice cameo proof.

I believe this is a business strike, this issue is known for PL qualities and from what I understand an example without cameo is out of the norm.

Could be a proof, but highly doubt it. Not much way to find out if it is or isn't a proof. They made 5000 2004B Proof's, but the 2004B alone was a year that had business strikes with the same mm.
