Hi. I found this 2004 D while coin roll searching. I have not seen one like this before. I suspect this is a damaged coin but could be wrong. The reverse does not show any tool marks that I can find. Any input will be appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks for your input. I don't collect these so what type of premium does this have?

PSD stands for post strike damage so this is not an error,sorry
