Very hard to grade from these scans, better photos needed.

Need sharper photos, but it looks like there is some loss of detail at the eagle's shoulder which indicates there is some wear. That suggests AU-58 would be the highest possible grade.
This is one of many Indian $5 dates that is scarce and expensive in mint state. A lowly MS-60 lists for $2000. An MS-63 (would be nice!) is more like $15,000.

I'd guess this coin will more likely be valued in the $600 range.

That's a nice looking piece. It does look AU+ with 55 being my guesstimate.
