Really don't like that mintmark style and position. Seems a bit too close to the date. Might match with style #1 but I don't know, looks strange for sure.

Bottom seriff is not vertical relative to the MM as a whole, and the position is higher than any known position.

I was thinking that, but then I looked at the angle from the tip of the first 9 to the bottom of the bottom seriff. On #1, it is about a 45-degree angle from the horizontal, and on the coin in question, it is about a 30-degree angle from the horizontal.

Looking more closely at the #1 picture, I see that the tip of the first 9 took a hit. It could be #1. Pictures are too blurry to tell for sure.
