Looking through the same batch as the other 3 I have found and I can say almost 100% that this is an RPM. It is rotated CW but I do not know which number. I was think maybe number 20 on CONCEA? Thanks for the help.

I think the position with respect to the date is wrong to be 20.

Take a look at your 8 and 5,seems to be slight doubling.IMO

There was an issue with the 8 on the date for this year, but this is not one of them. Looks more like a contact mark on the 9 & 8 and flattening on the top of the 5. PSD

So do you think that this is an RPM coop? If so do you think it is 1958D/D-020?
