Got in change at the gas station. Very mirror-like fields, frosted devices. I checked the mintmark, as I understand that proofs come from San Francisco, and it is a 2011 S.

Thanks. Good thing I never hang on to coins because I worry about the value Sure, that adds to the cool factor, but I just think it is neat to come across stuff like this.

That's really funny that you just posted that, because just yesterday night, my grandpa asked me to go through his change, and I found a Missouri State Quarter impaired proof, not silver but still, he was really surprised.

Anyways nice find!! I just hate seeing these in circulation and I wish I could smack the person over the head who cracked it out and spent it. Sadly, these aren't worth over face because someone can get a regular proof for very cheap anyways.
