Kept this since it's worth more than a Canadian Dime. Recently noticed that the Roosevelt side of it is an uncentered strike, is this worth anything? If not, is it worth holding onto?

That's spendable to me. With no design elements missing, it probably wouldn't have any premium.

Also I don't see any weakness on the opposite side in that area. It is just a MAD coin.

I have seen ebay sellers in 'murica sell those kind of things for upwards of $2-$5 (u.s) I doubt they're worth nearly that much, but I've seen quite a few.

Depending if the devices fall over the edge of the coin, then they would be a nice buy. If not, then they common. (note my image above)
