I could very likely be wrong, though. Druu Pillar of the Community United States 1000 Posts	Posted 03/27/2017 02:20 am I think they still get a numerical grade after the PR or PF, but any number under 60 is considered an impaired proof. I think PCGS has graded a few proofs in the PR50s range for the 1961 DDR Franklin (which is a huge pain to try to Cherrypick on ebay). Report this Post to the Staff
