I'd advise caution. Yes monster commems like this exist but there are some ebay sellers out there that have large inventories of suspect offerings, some of them in TPG holders. Perhaps they are gassing them post TPG encapsulation. Does the TPG cert page for this coin have any photos and what do they look like?

AU sharpness, artificial toning.

I would never pay a high price for a coin that looks like this raw, and if I were inclined to buy coins like this, which I am not, I would hesitate to take a third party grader's word for it on this piece. I don't think that the toning is natural.

The toning does not look natural to me either.

NGC holdered this with UNC details - altered color. Looks like this coin doctor didn't fool anyone.

Yea when first seeing this right now on my flight to NY I could tell the color was highly suspect.
